1. 打掉客厅与阳台的推拉门，在阳台上设计品茶区，既增加了客厅的通透性，又扩大了空间的交流动线。

2. 拆除墙体，让客餐厅联通，厨房与餐厅联通。

客厅吧台的设计布局，使得超大的空间不至于乏味，黑色吊灯与原木色以及铜色皮质沙发，色彩搭配得当，空间的色彩协调性得到较大的优化。

在餐厅的设计上，通过拆除墙体，使得餐厅厨房一体，成开放之姿，将空间尺度拉升到优质，大气而恬适怡然。巧妙利用每一角落，搭配流光溢彩的灯饰、铜色布艺桌椅，相得益彰，为居室奠定时尚简约的格调。
